El carrer Dihua, a Dadaocheng, districte de Datong, era un carrer comercial de port fluvial al segle XIX i està vorejat de cases de comerciants d'estils de Fujian, barroc i modernista dels anys 1850 als anys 1930. Les botigues encara venen productes secs, herbes xineses i teixits, al costat de cafès i botigues de disseny, i el temple del Déu de la Ciutat de Xiahai s'alça a mig carrer.
