Aussichtsturm · DüsseldorfThe Rheinturm is a 240.5-metre telecommunications tower in Düsseldorf's MedienHafen district, built between 1979 and 1981 and the tallest structure in the city. An observation deck and a revolving restaurant sit around 172 metres up, and a light installation called the Lichtzeitpegel runs down the shaft as a giant digital clock.
