Die Tamsui Old Street verläuft entlang der Zhongzheng Road in Tamsui, dem alten Flusshafen an der Mündung des Tamsui und Endpunkt der roten U-Bahn-Linie. Läden und Stände verkaufen lokale Snacks wie Eiseneier und Fischbällchen, und die Uferpromenade daneben führt zu den Fähranlegern und zum Fisherman's Wharf.
