Terra Mítica is a theme park on the edge of Benidorm, opened in 2000, whose areas are themed on the ancient Mediterranean: Egypt, Greece, Rome, Iberia and the islands. Its rides include roller coasters such as the wooden Magnus Colossus, water rides and drop towers, set among replica temples, columns and a lighthouse of Alexandria.

Terra Natura Benidorm is a zoo on the edge of Benidorm, opened in 2005, with around 1,500 animals of some 200 species. Its enclosures are grouped into areas named Pangea, Asia and America and use concealed barriers, so visitors see the animals in recreated habitats without visible fences; bird-of-prey flights take place during the day.
