Dihua-gaten i Dadaocheng i Datong-distriktet var en handelsgate ved elvehavna på 1800-tallet og er kantet av kjøpmannshus i fujiansk stil, barokk og modernisme fra 1850-tallet til 1930-tallet. Butikkene selger fortsatt tørrvarer, kinesiske urter og stoffer, ved siden av kafeer og designbutikker, og Xiahai-byguddens tempel ligger midtveis.
