
Irish National Stud
tourist attraction · KildareThe Irish National Stud is a state-owned Thoroughbred breeding farm at Tully, on the edge of Kildare town, set up on an estate bought by William Walker in 1900 and incorporated in 1946. Guided tours visit the stallions, mares and foals, and visitors walk through the Japanese Gardens laid out by Tassa Eida from 1906 and St Fiachra's Garden.
