
Blenheim Palace
palace · WoodstockBlenheim Palace is a country house in Woodstock, Oxfordshire, built between 1705 and 1722 to designs by Sir John Vanbrugh as a reward to the 1st Duke of Marlborough for the Battle of Blenheim. It is the seat of the Dukes of Marlborough and the birthplace of Winston Churchill, and has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1987.
