
Side Museum
museum · SideSide Museum occupies a Roman bath of the 2nd century AD opposite the agora of ancient Side, restored in 1959–1961 and opened as a museum in 1962. It shows finds from the city's excavations: statues, reliefs, sarcophagi, inscriptions in Greek and in the local Sidetic language, and coins of the Hellenistic, Roman and Byzantine periods, with more stonework in the garden.
