St Aubin's Cathedral is the seat of the Diocese of Namur, rebuilt between 1751 and 1767 to designs by the Italian-Swiss architect Gaetano Matteo Pisoni on the site of an 11th-century collegiate church. Its dome rises about 70 metres inside, and the stucco interior holds statues of the four Church Fathers by Laurent Delvaux and paintings by Jacob Jordaens.
