tourist attraction · Zaragoza Plaza del Pilar is a long pedestrian square in the old town of Zaragoza, stretching beside the Ebro from the Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar to La Seo cathedral. Around it stand the city hall, the Fountain of the Hispanidad and a monument to Goya. Many of the city's festivities, including the October Fiestas del Pilar, are held here.

tourist attraction · Zaragoza The Torre del Agua is a 76-metre tower of glass, steel and concrete built for Expo 2008 on the former exhibition grounds beside the Ebro. Designed by Enrique de Teresa, it has the shape of a water drop in plan and housed the exhibition Water for Life during the Expo. It stands close to the Bridge Pavilion and the Parque del Agua.
