The Church of Saints Peter and Paul is a Russian Orthodox church in Karlovy Vary, built between 1893 and 1897 by local architect Gustav Wiedermann and modelled on the Church of the Holy Trinity in Ostankino, Moscow. Its gilded onion domes rise above the spa quarter, and inside stands a wooden iconostasis made for the 1900 Paris World Exhibition.

historic building · Karlovy Vary The Mill Colonnade is a Neo-Renaissance colonnade on the Teplá river in Karlovy Vary, built between 1871 and 1881 to a design by Josef Zítek, architect of the National Theatre in Prague. Its 124 Corinthian columns shelter five mineral springs, and twelve statues on the roof terrace represent the months of the year.

historic building · Karlovy Vary The Hot Spring Colonnade is a glass and reinforced-concrete hall in Karlovy Vary, built between 1969 and 1975 to a design by Jaroslav Otruba over the Vřídlo spring. Inside, a geyser of mineral water spouts up to 12 metres high, fountains serve the 72 °C water for drinking, and guided tours lead into the old spring underground.

observation tower · Karlovy Vary Diana is a 40-metre lookout tower on the Výšina přátelství hill above the spa centre of Karlovy Vary, opened in 1914. A lift or 150 steps lead to a gallery at 35 metres, and a funicular from beside the Grandhotel Pupp climbs 167 metres to the hilltop, which also has a restaurant and a butterfly house.
