Taiwan pairs temples and night markets with mountains and gorges; Vizgu covers Taipei, Taichung, Tainan, Kaohsiung, Hualien and Sun Moon Lake. Taipei has Taipei 101, the National Palace Museum with its imperial Chinese collection, the Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall and Longshan Temple, and its metro reaches the hot springs of Beitou, the river port of Tamsui and, by bus, the hillside lanes of Jiufen. Tainan, the old capital, keeps Dutch-era forts and the island's oldest temples.
