Tunku Abdul Rahman National Park

Tunku Abdul Rahman National Park is a marine park of five islands — Gaya, Sapi, Manukan, Mamutik and Sulug — between 3 and 8 km off Kota Kinabalu, gazetted in 1974 and named after Malaysia's first prime minister. Boats from Jesselton Point in the city take visitors to coral reefs, beaches and forest trails; two-thirds of its 49 square kilometres are sea.
