Christ the King Cathedral, known locally as the Mountain Church, stands on a rocky hill near Nha Trang railway station. The Gothic Revival church was built from 1928, consecrated in 1933 and given its bell tower in 1935; it became the cathedral of the Diocese of Nha Trang in 1960. Its stained-glass windows show saints and scenes from the life of Jesus.
