The House of Waterford Crystal is the factory and visitor centre of the Waterford Crystal brand on The Mall, opened in June 2010 after the company's earlier plant at Kilbarry closed. A guided tour passes through the workshops where craftspeople blow, cut and engrave crystal by hand, and ends in a showroom with a large collection of Waterford pieces.

Reginald's Tower is a round stone tower at the eastern end of Waterford's quay, built by the Anglo-Normans in the 13th century on the site of a Viking fort and named after a Norse ruler of the town. It has served as a fortress, mint, prison and residence, and has been a museum since 1954. Its exhibition covers Viking Waterford and finds from the Woodstown site.
