Goðafoss

Goðafoss is a waterfall on the river Skjálfandafljót in northern Iceland, beside the Ring Road between Akureyri and Lake Mývatn. The river drops 12 metres over a curved ledge about 30 metres wide, and paths and viewpoints on both banks lead to the edge of the falls and down towards the water.
