Casa del Labrador

The Casa del Labrador is a neoclassical pavilion in the Jardín del Príncipe at Aranjuez, built for Charles IV from 1794 to designs by Juan de Villanueva and finished by Isidro González Velázquez. Its rooms keep their original silk hangings, furniture and clocks, with Roman mosaics from Mérida set into the floors, and are shown on guided visits.
