Wētā Workshop Unleashed is a guided experience by the Wellington film-effects company Wētā Workshop, on level 5 of 88 Federal Street in Auckland's SkyCity precinct, opposite the Sky Tower. Hosts lead groups through sets from three imagined films, with a towering alien robot, horror creatures and fantasy castles, and show how props, models and creature effects are made.
