Pressoria

Pressoria is a visitor centre about champagne, opened in 2021 in a former Pommery grape-pressing house at the foot of the Aÿ vineyards. Its rooms explain the vine, the harvest, pressing and blending through exhibits visitors can see, touch, smell and listen to, and the visit ends with a tasting.
