Nausicaá

Nausicaá is the national sea centre in Boulogne-sur-Mer, a public aquarium designed by the architect Jacques Rougerie and opened in 1991 on the seafront. Its galleries cover the relationship between people and the sea; a 2018 extension added a 10-million-litre tank for open-ocean fish, and sea lions, penguins, sharks and jellyfish are also on show.
