Frietmuseum Brussels

Frietmuseum Brussels is a museum of Belgian fries that opened in April 2025 in an Art Deco building on Rue de l'Étuve, founded by the collector Eddy Van Belle. Three floors follow the potato from Peru to Europe and the Belgian friterie, with an audio guide and a closing demonstration of the double-frying method.
