Cabárceno Natural Park

Cabárceno Natural Park is a 750-hectare wildlife park near Santander, laid out in a former open-pit iron mine among karst rock formations. More than 100 animal species from five continents live in large enclosures in semi-freedom, linked by over 20 km of roads that visitors drive between; a cable car also crosses the park.
