Český Krumlov Castle

Český Krumlov Castle is a castle and chateau complex above the Vltava, begun around 1253 by the Vítkovci and enlarged by the Rosenbergs, Eggenbergs and Schwarzenbergs. Its courtyards, painted tower, Baroque theatre and terraced garden are part of the town's UNESCO World Heritage Site; the interiors are seen on guided tours.
