Rookery Building
The Rookery is a twelve-storey office building of 1888 on LaSalle Street in the Loop, designed by Daniel Burnham and John Wellborn Root with red brick and terracotta outer walls. Its two-storey light court lobby under a glass roof was remodelled by Frank Lloyd Wright in 1905 to 1907. The lobby is open to the public, and the Frank Lloyd Wright Trust runs guided tours.
