El Capricho

El Capricho is a summer villa in Comillas designed by Antoni Gaudí and built in 1883–1885 for Máximo Díaz de Quijano. One of his few works outside Catalonia, it has brick walls banded with green and sunflower tiles and a slender tower compared to a minaret. It became a museum in 2009; visits cover the rooms and the garden.
