Doolin Cave

Doolin Cave is a limestone show cave near Doolin, on the western edge of the Burren in County Clare. English cavers discovered it in 1952, and it opened to visitors in 2006. A guided tour leads down a shaft to the Great Stalactite, which hangs about 7.3 m from the cave roof. Above ground, a nature trail crosses the surrounding farmland.
