Dubai Creek

Dubai Creek is a saltwater inlet of the Persian Gulf that divides Bur Dubai from Deira and has served the city as a port for trade and fishing since its founding. Wooden abras carry passengers between the stations on both banks, cargo dhows load at the Deira wharves, and walkways run past Al Fahidi, Al Seef and the old souks.
