National Print Museum
The National Print Museum opened in 1996 in the old Garrison Chapel of Beggars Bush Barracks on Haddington Road. Its collection of more than 10,000 items covers printing presses, wooden and metal type, printing blocks, books and ephemera. Volunteers, many of them retired printers, keep the machines running and demonstrate them.
