Maison Cailler

Maison Cailler is the visitor centre of the Cailler chocolate factory in Broc, about 3 km from Gruyères, opened in 2010. The brand was founded in 1819 by François-Louis Cailler and has made chocolate in Broc since 1898; the tour covers the history of cocoa and Swiss chocolate, shows steps of production and ends with a tasting.
