Győr Synagogue

The Győr Synagogue was built in 1868–1870 to plans by Károly Benkó, with an octagonal domed prayer hall that served as a model for later Neolog synagogues. Restored after 2003, it houses Széchenyi István University's music faculty and, since July 2024, a permanent exhibition on Jewish scientists, artists and inventors.
