Manjanggul

Manjanggul is a lava tube in Gujwa-eup on Jeju's north-east side, formed several hundred thousand years ago by lava from the Geomunoreum volcano. About 1 km of its 7.4 km passage, up to 23 metres high, is open to visitors and ends at a 7.6-metre lava column; the cave belongs to a UNESCO World Heritage site.
