Wat Khunaram

Wat Khunaram is a Buddhist temple on route 4169 between Na Muang and Hua Thanon, about 6 km west of Lamai on Ko Samui. It is the shrine of the monk Luang Pho Daeng, who died in 1973 and asked for his body to be displayed as a reminder of the transience of life; it sits upright in a glass case in the temple.
