Lagos Zoo

Lagos Zoo is a zoological park near Barão de São João, inland from Lagos, which grew out of a farm visited by school classes and opened to the public in 2000. It keeps more than 170 species from five continents, including primates on islands in a lake, flamingos, hornbills and African penguins in a pool modelled on South Africa's Boulders Beach.
