Olympic Museum

The Olympic Museum opened in 1993 on the hillside above the Ouchy quay, on the initiative of IOC president Juan Antonio Samaranch. Its exhibitions cover the history of the Olympic Games with torches, medals and athletes' equipment, and a sloping park with sport sculptures runs down to Lake Geneva.
