Trümmelbach Falls

Trümmelbach Falls are ten glacier-fed waterfalls inside a mountain in the Lauterbrunnen valley. The stream drains the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau and carries up to 20,000 litres per second in summer. A tunnel lift, galleries and stairways, opened from 1877 onwards, lead visitors past the falls inside the rock.
