Radegast Station

Radegast Station is the former goods station of the Litzmannstadt Ghetto, set up by the German occupiers in Łódź in 1940; from January 1942 Jews were deported from here to the Kulmhof and Auschwitz-Birkenau camps. The memorial, opened in 2004, includes the 1941 station building, the Tunnel of the Deported with transport lists, and a 1944 locomotive with wagons.
