London Cable Car

The London Cable Car is a gondola lift that crosses the Thames between the Greenwich Peninsula and the Royal Victoria Dock, west of ExCeL London. Built by Doppelmayr and opened in June 2012, it is owned by Transport for London. Its cabins travel about one kilometre and rise to 90 metres above the river, with views over Docklands and Greenwich.
