Mortuary Temple of Seti I

The Mortuary Temple of Seti I stands at the northern end of Luxor's west bank near Qurna. Seti I began it around 1290 BC and his son Ramesses II completed it; its columned portico and relief-covered halls served the cult of the king and of Amun, and the mudbrick walls of its storerooms are traced around it.
