Museo Picasso Málaga

Museo Picasso Málaga opened in 2003 in the Palacio de Buenavista, a 16th-century palace in the old town of the city where Picasso was born. Its collection, founded on gifts from Christine and Bernard Ruiz-Picasso, follows the artist's whole career in paintings, drawings, sculpture and ceramics, beside temporary exhibitions. Phoenician and Roman remains lie in the basement.
