QC NY is a day spa on Governors Island run by the Italian QC Terme group. It opened in March 2022 in two former army barracks on the north side of the island. Guests use heated outdoor pools with views of the Lower Manhattan skyline, several saunas and steam rooms, relaxation areas and a bistro, and can book massages.
