Kegon Falls

Kegon Falls drops 97 metres from Lake Chūzenji's outlet into a gorge in Nikkō National Park, about 17 km west of central Nikkō. An elevator, in service since 1930, descends 100 metres through the rock to an observation platform facing the foot of the fall; a second viewpoint sits at the top.
