EPCOT is a Walt Disney World theme park in Bay Lake, south-west of Orlando, opened in 1982 as EPCOT Center. Spaceship Earth, a geodesic sphere, stands by the entrance. World Celebration, World Discovery and World Nature deal with science, space and nature, while World Showcase rings a lagoon with pavilions representing eleven countries.
