Holmenkollen Ski Jump

Holmenkollbakken is the ski jump on the Holmenkollen hill above Oslo, where ski jumping competitions have been held since 1892; the present hill by JDS Architects replaced the old one in 2010. The Ski Museum, founded in 1923, lies in the base of the jump and covers the history of skiing, and a lift takes visitors to a viewing platform 64 metres up at the top.
