Museum of Fine Arts of Asturias

The Museum of Fine Arts of Asturias occupies three historic buildings in Oviedo's old town, among them the 18th-century Velarde Palace. Opened in 1980, it shows Spanish painting with an emphasis on Asturian artists, alongside foreign works, sculpture, photography, glass and ceramics from a collection of about 10,000 items.
