The TOP Penang
The TOP Penang is the attraction complex at the summit of the KOMTAR tower in central George Town, created when the tower's upper floors were rebuilt between 2014 and 2016. It has an observatory deck on the 65th floor, the open-air Rainbow Skywalk on the 68th floor at 249 m, a restaurant, an aquarium and other indoor attractions.
