Postojna Cave

Postojna Cave is a 24 km karst cave system carved by the Pivka River near Postojna, a visitor attraction since the early 19th century. The 1.5-hour tour covers about 5 km: an electric train runs 3.7 km into the cave, followed by a guided walk past stalactites, stalagmites and an aquarium with olms.
