Old New Synagogue

The Old New Synagogue in Josefov, completed around 1270, is the oldest synagogue in Europe still in use and the main synagogue of Prague's Jewish community. Built by masons from the royal workshop, it has an early Gothic twin-nave hall and a tall brick gable. Legend places the remains of Rabbi Loew's Golem in its attic.
