Cathedral of La Laguna

The Cathedral of La Laguna, dedicated to Our Lady of Los Remedios, is the seat of the Diocese of Tenerife in the historic centre of San Cristóbal de La Laguna. The parish church founded in 1515 became a cathedral in 1819 and was rebuilt in 1904–1915, keeping only its Neoclassical façade. Inside are Neo-Gothic vaults, a Baroque altarpiece of the Virgin and a marble pulpit.
