Monastery of Sant Cugat
The Monastery of Sant Cugat is a former Benedictine abbey that grew up around the tomb of the martyr Cucuphas and became the leading monastery of the county of Barcelona. Its church and large Romanesque cloister were built between the mid-12th century and 1337; the cloister and the monastery museum are run by the Museu de Sant Cugat.
