Colònia Güell

Colònia Güell is a former textile company town founded in 1890 by Eusebi Güell in Santa Coloma de Cervelló, laid out with houses, a school and services by Gaudí's collaborators. Gaudí designed its church, but only the crypt was built, between 1908 and 1914; it has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2005 and is the centre of the visit, with a permanent exhibition.
